Brand Strategy + Identity + Collateral

Fiori Homes

Fiori Homes seeks to redefine the home building industry by seamlessly blending tradition with quality and is prepared to inspire and elevate the industry for years to come.

The Problem

Fiori, a pioneering home builder in Fort Worth, Texas, aimed to redefine the custom home building industry. Their aspiration is to enhance the efficiency of home-building projects and to elevate the standards of quality and craftsmanship available for homebuyers resulting in better built and more reliable homes. Facing the challenge of communicating this ambitious vision, Fiori sought the expertise of E49 to develop a comprehensive brand strategy and identity.

The Challenge

Entering a saturated market with nearly 200 competitors in the Dallas Metroplex, Fiori faced the daunting task of swiftly establishing a distinctive identity. They needed to convey a sense of expertise, maturity, and reliability while avoiding the pitfalls of appearing outdated or cliché.

The Solution

The outcome of this collaboration was a brand identity that resonated deeply with Fiori's values and aspirations. The name "Fiori," inspired by the Italian word for flower, ‘fiore’ and the Spanish word for flores, making reference to the last name of the company’s founder, makes reference to the essence of the classic, elegance and quality. E49 meticulously designed a visual identity that reflected these values, with a monogram featuring the intertwining letters F and H, drawing inspiration from classical architecture such as the volutes in an ionic column which represent wisdom and grace. To complement the monogram, E49 designed a custom wordmark, carefully crafted to enhance brand recognition. The color palette, comprising Peacock Green, Ochre, White, and Black, evoked a sense of sophistication and timelessness. To further enrich the brand experience, the team also developed branded patterns featuring a ‘peacock feather’ and a ‘Fiori vine’, which seamlessly integrated into the visual system. The typography system, inspired by classic typefaces, added a touch of refinement to the overall brand aesthetic.
